We know how annoying pop-ups can be! We display updates in a non-intrusive manner, allowing you to carry on with your workday without compromising your security.
Do you proactively monitor our systems?
Absolutely! We believe being proactive is key to an everlasting relationship with our clients. From day 1 we configure monitoring alerts straight to our helpdesk system.
How do the annual audits work?

Is there a limit to your on-site visits?
Our on-site visits are part of our IT Support package. We do not charge additional costs for on-site visits, no matter how many are required. Sometimes IT needs some hands-on assistance and since we are managing your technology, why would we charge extra? It’s our responsibility!
